Customer Impact: From about 00:00 UTC to 01:07 UTC on October 15, 2026, URL content in prompts and responses may not have been categorized or blocked. Scan requests kept processing and returned successful responses, and all other detections worked as normal. Other regions were not affected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will review how to prevent this from happening again.

Message: This incident has been resolved. Access to the Cloud NGFW for AWS management portal is fully restored. Beginning at approximately 18:05 UTC, a configuration change applied during a routine internal deployment caused the portal's content delivery layer to lose access to its origin, resulting in "Access Denied" errors for users loading the portal. We corrected the access configuration and confirmed the portal is serving normally.
