      We reserve the right to modify the pricing of any subscription plan at any time, and any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
  6. Service Availability
      Our platform aggregates data from third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of information provided by these third parties. Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
  7. Prohibited Use
      You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to engaging in the following activities:

      We provide no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information from third-party service providers. You agree that the use of the Services is at your own risk.
  11. Limitation of Liability
      To the extent permitted by applicable law, Statusfield shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. However, some jurisdictions, including Texas, may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

      To the extent permitted by law, Statusfield shall not be liable for any issues arising from third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. Any disputes regarding payment processing, fees, or other related issues should be resolved directly with Stripe.
  12. Governing Law
      These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

      Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved by binding arbitration in [City, Texas], in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using the Services, you agree to waive your right to a trial by jury and participate only in arbitration for dispute resolution, to the extent permitted by law.
