    Choose the workspace

    Use the workspace selector to check which team you are managing. Membership and seat limits follow the workspace owner’s plan.

    Invite a colleague

    The owner sends an email invitation from Settings → Members. Your colleague completes the acceptance flow before gaining access.

    Keep membership current

    Revoke pending invitations or remove members when access is no longer needed. Invited members can leave the workspace themselves.

Workspace access and a shared status view serve different needs.

Invite people who work with you inside Statusfield. Use a status board when colleagues or clients only need a focused view of selected monitors.

Team Access distinguishes the workspace owner from invited members. It does not include a custom role builder or per-monitor permissions. The owner manages billing and membership.

Who can invite or remove members?
The workspace owner manages invitations and membership. Members can view the member list and leave the workspace themselves. Billing is managed by the owner.
How are member seats counted?
Active invited members and pending, unexpired invitations count toward the member limit. The owner is separate from that allowance. Available seats depend on the workspace owner’s plan.
Does sending an invitation grant access immediately?
No. The recipient must follow the invitation email and complete acceptance. The owner can revoke a pending invitation; an expired invitation needs to be sent again.
Can I create custom roles or per-monitor permissions?
No. Team Access uses workspace owner and member roles. There is no configurable role builder or per-monitor permission model.
Do clients need a workspace seat to view a status board?
No. Status board access and email subscriptions are separate from workspace membership. Sharing a status board does not invite its readers into the workspace.
