How fast do alerts arrive?
We send alerts when a check detects a status change. Timing depends on when the vendor updates its page and your monitoring interval.
Can I alert on a single component?
Yes. Choose components such as GitHub Actions or a specific cloud region, where the provider exposes them.
Where do alerts get delivered?
Choose email, Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, PagerDuty, Datadog, or webhooks. Send different services to different channels. Availability depends on your plan.
Do I get told when the outage is over?
Yes. You get a recovery alert when we detect that the vendor reports operational again.
How do I get notified when a service my business depends on goes down?
Pick a service, choose an alert channel, and enable notifications. We watch its official status page and alert you to reported problems and recovery.
Can I send third-party outage alerts to Slack?
Yes. Connect Slack and choose a channel for each monitor. Check the pricing page for channel availability.
