The one thing nobody else has: monitoring evidence

When a security questionnaire or SOC 2 audit asks “how do you monitor critical vendors?”, Statusfield generates the answer: a report of what you monitored, every incident, and proof your alerts were delivered. No StatusGator tier offers an equivalent.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a cheaper alternative to StatusGator?

Yes — that gap is Statusfield’s reason to exist. StatusGator’s cheapest paid plan is $72/mo for one seat; Statusfield’s paid plans start at $9/mo, with Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhooks, and RSS included without tier games.

Does Statusfield detect outages before the official status page updates?

Not yet — that is StatusGator’s Early Warning Signals feature, and our equivalent is in the works. Today, Statusfield notifies you the moment the official status page changes, and includes the provider’s own incident report in the alert so you get the full story without opening a browser.

Does Statusfield offer hosted status pages like StatusGator Boards?

No. Shareable read-only dashboards and group-based dashboards are on our roadmap, but customer-facing status pages with subscriber notifications are not something we offer — if that is a requirement, StatusGator is the better pick today.

How current is the pricing on this page?

StatusGator facts on this page were last verified in June 2026 against their public pricing and support pages. We re-verify competitor pricing on a recurring schedule; if you spot something stale, tell us and we will fix it.
