What could a team monitor with Pro?
One example uses 40 of Pro's 40 monitor units: 20 selected vendor components, six public HTTPS URLs checked from two locations each, four SSL certificates and four domains. The URLs use 12 units because each location counts separately. Share the workspace with up to 4 people and route events to up to 10 destinations, including chat and PagerDuty. This is an example allocation, not a required setup; choose the dependencies and checks your team owns.
What can I monitor with the Basic plan?

Check vendor component coverage, inspect an endpoint response and send a labeled test alert to the person who would act. If heartbeat access is available, use a disposable job to test a missed check-in and recovery after its first signal. Keep production jobs running. For a team workflow, evaluate Pro with the people who share monitoring responsibility. Check your required monitor units, locations, destinations and seats before choosing the plan. A delivery test checks the destination; also verify the monitor's routing rules.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible first-time customers can try a paid plan for 30 days without a credit card. Use the trial to add monitors, connect destinations and test delivery. Continued monitoring after the trial requires a paid subscription.
How do you count monitors?
Capacity is measured in monitors: each selected vendor component or service-wide monitor, uptime check location, SSL expiry monitor, domain expiry monitor or active heartbeat uses one monitor unit. Checking one URL from three locations uses three units. Selecting multiple vendor components can also use multiple units.
Can I mix monitoring types in one plan?
Yes. Use your plan’s shared monitoring capacity across supported vendor components, website and API uptime checks, SSL/TLS certificates, domain registrations and active heartbeats. Available components and regions vary by vendor.
What does the yearly price mean?
The yearly option shows the monthly equivalent for comparison, with the full annual amount displayed beneath it. Yearly subscriptions are billed for the year; monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Review your selected plan and billing cycle before checkout.
What counts as an integration?
An integration is a configured alert destination, such as an email address or a Slack channel. Your plan limits the number of destinations you can configure and which channel types are available. You can route multiple monitors to the same destination.
When can I create monitoring reports?
Reports are available on Pro and Team after at least 30 days of workspace monitoring history. They include vendor status monitoring coverage, recorded incidents and alert delivery outcomes. Share a PDF or read-only link; reports do not certify compliance.
Does a trial or paid plan unlock heartbeat monitoring?
Heartbeat monitoring is available with legacy Free plans, paid plans and eligible trials. Each active heartbeat uses one shared monitor unit.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your account. Your account shows your current plan and billing details. Continued monitoring requires an active subscription after the trial.
