IBillie - Vodafone Connectivity Order Processing Issue

The issue affecting Vodafone Connectivity orders displaying as failed within iBillie has now been resolved. Vodafone has implemented a fix, and impacted orders are progressing as expected. Our teams have completed a review of affected orders and updated records where required to ensure order statuses accurately reflect their current position. Partners can now continue to place and manage Vodafone Connectivity orders as normal. Any duplicate orders submitted during the incident have been reviewed as part of our reconciliation activity.
