The Nevada Secretary of State has taken SilverFlume and ORION offline for a planned migration from 5:00 PM PT Wednesday, September 9 through 5:00 AM PT Monday, September 14. For the duration of the outage, Nevada business entity searches and UCC lien searches will not return results, and manual retrieval will be unavailable.

The California Secretary of State portal experienced intermittent periods of degraded performance between 8/4 - 8/12. As a result, California lien searches took longer than usual to complete. It has now resumed normal functioning
