Khoros Status

The disruptions from Meta have now been resolved. We are actively monitoring on our end. Please reach out via a Support ticket if any Meta integrations are not working as expected.

Meta is currently experiencing high disruptions impacting Messenger API for Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp, which in turn is impacting Khoros message ingestion activities.

We are currently investigating a partner platform issue affecting Khoros Care integrations with Meta services. Customers may experience delays, errors, or intermittent failures when using connected Meta channels, including message ingestion, publishing, or synchronization. Our teams are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are aware of an issue with analytics for EU-hosted classic communities. We have triggered the backfill already, and we'll post updates as they are made.
