We have identified an issue where Ciel Données Mobiles for Sage 50 FR customers in France are being logged out of the application. Affected customers are advised to re log in.All other product functionality is working as expected.We are investigating the cause of the issue.

Earlier today we identified an issue where customers in the UK and Ireland were unable to create a "Bank Rule" within bank feeds, making duplications with the first bank rule. All other product functionalities were performing as expected. The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.

We identified an issue preventing customers in the UK and Ireland from logging in to Sage 200 Standard (UKI). Affected customers were presented with a “Logon error. Communication Error: 526 Invalid SSL Cert.” message when attempting to log in. All other product functionality was working as expected.The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected.
