Requests to Experian are beginning to return successfully. We are continuing to monitor for stability.

Experian has confirmed an issue impacting their service. This is not specific to Xactus.

We are investigating elevated error rates affecting credit requests to Experian.

We have identified the issue impacting the subset of Experian orders and are working to implement the fix.

We are investigating reports of errors with Undisclosed DebtX activations from Experian due to duplicate submissions. This appears to affect a subset of previously submitted requests with Experian - new orders are being processed as intended. We are working to resolve this and will provide updates as they become available.

This incident has been resolved.

LexisNexis has confirmed they are experiencing a system outage. Service for Fraud ReportX has been restored. Credit ReportX reports that include Liens & Judgments continue to be impacted.

We are currently investigating a service disruption with requests sent to LexisNexis. Fraud ReportX and Credit ReportX reports that include Liens & Judgments are impacted. We will provide updates as they become available.
