We are investigating an issue impacting Slack app creation. Customers may encounter errors or be unable to complete setup when creating new Slack apps. We will share additional information as soon as it is available.

Between July 15, 2026, 11:16 AM UTC and July 20, 2026, 1:37 PM UTC, some recipe jobs that had been paused (waiting) for an extended period failed with an internal error when they resumed and called a recipe function. Affected jobs completed with an internal error instead of running successfully. A fix has been deployed and jobs are now processing normally. Please contact Workato Support (https://support.workato.com) or your assigned CSM if you have any questions or require assistance regarding this event.

On July 16, 2026, between approximately 07:17 AM and 07:35 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced two brief periods of service degradation affecting the API platform, developer and embedded API services, the web interface, and recipe trigger polling. Customers may have observed errors in API platform requests, developer and embedded API requests, and UI requests, and some recipe trigger polls may have failed. The issue has since been resolved. The issue affecting www.workato.com has been resolved and the site is now available.
