Legacy Wirex App services discontinued

The legacy Wirex App has been discontinued in most markets. Deposits, withdrawals, exchanges, and card payments are no longer available to affected customers. To regain access to your balances and supported services, download Wirex One from the App Store or Google Play, sign up using the same email address associated with your legacy Wirex account, and follow the in-app instructions to complete your account upgrade. For more information, please refer to our Wirex One FAQ or contact our Support team. Affected regions: Most markets worldwide, excluding the United Kingdom and El Salvador. Customers with the Private service type are also excluded. Customer impact: Legacy Wirex App transactions are disabled for affected customers. Access to eligible balances and supported services requires upgrading to Wirex One.
