    On 21 October 2026, between 14:26 and 14:45 UTC, VoucherCart experienced an unplanned service disruption lasting approximately 19 minutes.
    During this time, customers may have experienced difficulties accessing VoucherCart, including sales pages, the back office and connected services.

    Root Cause
    The disruption was caused by an unexpected compatibility issue during a routine software update, which temporarily affected the availability of our services.

    Resolution
    Our technical team identified the issue, cleared affected system data and successfully completed the deployment, restoring normal service.
    We are reviewing our deployment procedures and implementing additional safeguards to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
    We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
