During the period 1-25 September 2026, some usage charges for Vonage Virtual Numbers subscriptions were not reflected in account balances as expected.    We have worked with our carrier partner to identify workaround measures for the degradation impacting voice calls towards all networks affecting a subset of Vonage Sweden and Lithuania Long Virtual Numbers (LVNs), and we are working with each impacted customer on next steps. Please note that you can use an international number as an alternative to place calls to these destinations. SMS services have remained fully functional and unaffected throughout this incident.
