   We have been notified by our US supplier about an issue impacting delivery for MMS messages towards multiple network operators. You might experience delayed MMS messages for US Shortcodes, Longcodes, TFN numbers. The supplier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause.    We have resolved an issue affecting Vonage Voice API in the US West region. Between approximately 19:51 UTC and 19:57 UTC on August 28, 2026, a subset of customers may have experienced intermittent API request failures when making call attempts. The issue was caused by a problem with our data center’s Network Load Balancer (NLB) in the US West region. Our engineering team identified and resolved the issue. The overall global traffic impact was minimal.

   This incident has been resolved. We can confirm that the third-party supplier issue affecting Conversational Connect in the US region has been resolved. Customers in the US region may have experienced degraded performance and message dispatch delays. messages were successfully enqueued throughout the incident and no messages were lost. Services have been fully restored and we are no longer observing any impact. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.
