We are currently investigating reports of periodic slowness and occasional page loading errors affecting a subset of stores built on Site Designer. Visitors to impacted stores may experience delayed load times. Our engineering team is actively tracing the cause to restore full performance as quickly as possible.

Mailgun has implemented a fix and email validation for new admin accounts is now working. We will continue to monitor for any issues.

We are currently experiencing an issue where merchants are receiving errors when attempting to create new admin accounts. This is due to a service disruption with Mailgun, our third-party email verification partner. Our team is actively monitoring the situation, and we will provide updates here as soon as a resolution is reached.
