Viirtue engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance on our APOLLO cluster this evening as we upgrade the NDP to v44.5.This maintenance includes several bug fixes, including:-A fix for directory sorting when contacts have identical first and last names.-A minor API update for SMS to resolve an issue that could cause duplicate queue prompts.No service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.If you experience any issues that you believe may be related to this maintenance, or if you have any questions, please contact our Support team at support@viirtue.com or call 833-VIIRTUE (844-7883), Option 2.
