The Vendor (Jaggaer) identified a default setting to enable the Dell Punchout.

The emergency promotion to address the underlying cause of the performance issue was completed successfully. Following the promotion, Jaggaer technical teams are continuing to closely monitor the JAGGAER Production environment to ensure the application and integrations remain stable and are operating normally.

System data was restored to a stable version and tests were successful. Confirming the system is functioning correctly again.

We were able to roll back the active VPN appliance to a backup image, and stabilize services. Campus VPN service has been functional since approximately 10:45am.
