   We are experiencing delayed or missing precipitation on Classic Nowcast over USA, Europe, India, Japan, Australia, Hawaii, Indonesia, Central America, Caribbean, South America, Asia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and most global tiles, as well as missing or delayed NextGen Nowcast over Thailand and Vietnam. We are currently investigating the cause for this issue.

   We are currently investigating a data gap affecting Classic precipitation probability products for the 0–3-hour nowcast period. Next Gen precipitation products are not affected. We will provide an update as more information becomes available.

   Since approximately 05:39 UTC on August 19, we have been experiencing degraded precipitation data across NextGen. The impact is limited to real-time and nowcast precipitation data. Other forecast ranges remain unaffected. Our team is actively monitoring the issue and will provide an update as more information becomes available.
