Between 11:12 PM and 11:16 PM EDT on October 13, 2026 (03:12–03:16 UTC on October 14), some users could not reach the pciapply.com compliance portal and saw an error page instead of the login page. Our monitoring detected the issue right away, and service recovered within minutes without user action. We have identified the cause and have taken steps to minimize the risk of it happening again.

On 13 October 2026 between 11:12 PM and 11:16 PM EDT (03:12–03:16 UTC on 14 October), the pciapply.com compliance portal was briefly unavailable and users saw an error page instead of the login page. The cause was a routine automated system update that restarted a server. Service recovered fully without intervention.
