   Service Update: Issue Resolved Onboarding is back up and running, and all services affected by the payment processing integration issue, including Payouts, are fully operational. The underlying issue was resolved last night. We have been monitoring closely since then and have seen no further occurrences, so this incident is now marked as resolved. Thank you for your patience throughout this incident.

   This incident is now resolved. Customers are now able to complete their purchases normally, and we are seeing successful transactions Update — Follow-up on August 29 checkout incident Following the resolution of the checkout incident on August 29, we completed the reprocessing of purchase attempts that had remained queued during the incident and reviewed the resulting transactions. Some customers who retried their purchase during the incident may temporarily see multiple charges on their card. In most cases, these additional amounts are pending authorizations rather than additional completed purchases and will be released automatically by the customer's card issuer soon. Checkout continues to operate normally, and new purchases are not affected. If you or one of your customers has questions about a specific transaction, please contact our Support team and we'll review the case individually.
