Following the recent hardware upgrades to our Frankfurt location (part of our Cloudflare Spectrum offering), we will be performing an off-peak kernel upgrade to load new network drivers. Traffic is already being drained to secondary nodes to minimize impact, and we expect the operation to take approximately 15 minutes.

Following hardware replacement completed by our datacenter, service in Tokyo has been fully restored. All player traffic has been routed back to Tokyo as of July 7th, 14:00 UTC, and the location is operating normally. We thank you for your patience while replacement hardware was sourced and installed. データセンターによるハードウェア交換が完了し、東京拠点のサービスは完全に復旧いたしました。現在、すべてのトラフィックは東京経由で正常にルーティングされています。

At approximately 16:42 UTC, our Tokyo location experienced a suspected motherboard failure. The affected node is unresponsive to power on attempts following initial investigation. Players previously routed via Tokyo have automatically failed over to Seoul, and both tunnel + proxy services remain operational. We are working with the datacenter to diagnose the fault and arrange hardware replacement. Once the node is restored and validated, traffic will be returned to Tokyo. We will provide further updates as the datacenter investigation progresses.
