SWIVEL has been notified by our ODFI that there was a delay in settlement funding release on 08/31. SWIVEL has remediated the delay with our ODFI and funds have been released. Our ODFI is expediting funds delivery via the ACH network and estimates fund delivery later this afternoon up to tomorrow morning.

SWIVEL identified and resolved an issue that delayed settlement processing for clients with an 8:00 PM cutoff time. Settlement files are now processing normally and should be delivered this evening. If you have not received your August 27 settlement files by the expected delivery time, please contact SWIVEL Support.
