Temporary Disruption in Listening Engagement Statistics Updates

Our Engineering team has resolved the issue for the live data being grabbed (Starting 2:30 AM IST on 29th Aug) For messages that were ingested during the outage, some statistics may still be incorrect. We are currently evaluating the best approach to correct this, as addressing these historical discrepancies may require code changes. If you are still experiencing the issue for live data or need to track further for messages ingested during outage, please feel free to get in touch with our Support Team.
