The ingestion delay issue has been resolved. New data is now processing normally, and alerts and dashboards should reflect up-to-date information.

A fix for the Logs data ingestion delay has been deployed, and we’re actively monitoring to ensure full recovery. Some new data may still be missing from the UI, alerts may be delayed, and dashboards could reflect outdated information. We’ll share another update within the hour.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting log data ingestion for port-based log customers in the EU-01 region. As a result, affected customers may experience delays in log-based alert evaluations and in viewing recently ingested logs in the UI. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we will provide another update within the hour.
