Issue: We experienced an issue where Google reCAPTCHA verification on the SMS-Magic / BeConversive portal login page was getting stuck in a loop, preventing users from completing the login process. Impact: Users attempting to login via the SMS-Magic / BeConversive portal encountered a continuous reCAPTCHA challenge that does not resolve. Existing authenticated sessions were not affected. Current Status: The issue has been resolved and services have returned to its normal operation. Our DNS provider has restored the hosted DNS service, and we have verified that registered domain names are resolving normally again. Links and QR codes on these domains are working. If a specific domain still does not open for you, it is most likely due to lingering DNS cache and should clear typically within an hour, and in rare cases up to a few hours, depending on your network's DNS provider.
