After a recent deployment, the Tracking API experienced some problems. The faulty deployment was rollbacked and we are taking preventive measures. If you continue to experience issue, reach out to our support team.
Report: "Portal Analytics currently experiencing degraded tracking performance"
Last updateDear Customers, We are currently experiencing degraded performance in the availability of tracking updates within our Analytics tool (7S Portal). Carrier tracking events received during the periods 2026-06-02 10:00 and 2026-06-03 10:30 are not yet visible in Analytics. We have identified the root cause and are reprocessing the affected data. We expect all missing tracking events to be fully available in Analytics by 10:30 today. Please note that if you are consuming tracking data directly through our SQS or Tracking API you are not affected by this issue and continue to receive data as expected.
