Temporarily in Maintenance Mode as a Precaution due to PHP Vulnerabilities

    SmartChoice production is back online and available as of 3:30pm CDT on October 21. Thank you for your patience while the platform was in maintenance mode. While SmartChoice was offline, our engineers made configuration changes designed to reduce SmartChoice's exposure to the recently disclosed PHP vulnerability. We tested these changes before restoring access. These measures significantly reduce the risk of exploitation, though no security measure can eliminate all risk. We are tracking the issue closely and will evaluate and apply a permanent fix as soon as one is available and can be deployed safely.

We are continuing to work on restoring archive site access and expect that to be completed tomorrow, October 22. Thank you for your patience while the platform was in maintenance mode. While Schoolrunner was offline, our engineers made configuration changes designed to reduce Schoolrunner's exposure to the recently disclosed PHP vulnerability. We tested these changes before restoring access. These measures significantly reduce the risk of exploitation, though no security measure can eliminate all risk.
