Google OCR experiencing issue

From the 1st of October 18h to the 2nd 4h, Google OCR experienced issues (issue Event ID: TSCDZZJ ) Most recent update – 5 hours ago October 2, 2026 at 4:16:10 AM UTC+2 We experienced a recurrence of an issue with Document AI in the US and EU Multiregion. The issue with Document AI has been mitigated for all affected customers as of Thursday, 2026-10-01 18:30 PDT. From preliminary analysis, the issue was due to localized resource contention caused by an unexpected surge in traffic. Our engineers have mitigated the issue by applying traffic management measures to stabilize the environment. We thank you for your patience while we worked on mitigating the issue.
