Re:lation動作遅延につきまして、調査が完了したためご報告をいたします。 調査の結果、システムの安定稼働が継続的に確認され、Re:lation全体の動作遅延は見受けられませんでした。 引き続きサービスの安定稼働に努めてまいります。

2026年9月17日（木）に発生したリアルタイム処理遅延の障害につきまして、 本事象の恒久対応が完了したことを報告いたします。 ■ 恒久対応 ・サーバーのスペックを増強しました。 ・リアルタイム処理の接続を必要最小限にしました。 ・リアルタイム処理の接続が切断された際に自動で再接続をするようにしました。 上記対応のうえ、1ヶ月間のモニタリングを実施した結果、同様の事象は発生しておらず安定稼働を確認いたしました。 ご利用のお客様には多大なご不便をおかけしましたことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
