Between 12:21 PM IST and 13:36 PM IST, users on the Mumbai cluster may have experienced intermittent Redis connectivity and timeout issues, which could have impacted application performance. A mitigation has been deployed, and services are currently operating normally. We are actively monitoring the environment to ensure continued stability and will provide additional updates as needed.
