We are currently experiencing issues with the Platform Authentication System. Data Processing is not affected. We are currently investigating the issue, please bear with us in the meantime.
Report: "Degraded Network Connectivity"
Last updateWe are currently experiencing issues with a long-distance fibre link to our Frankfurt location. As a precaution, we have temporarily taken this connection offline to maintain network stability. Traffic is automatically being rerouted via alternative transit and peering paths. No service interruption is expected. We are monitoring the situation and will restore the link once stability is confirmed.

Last updateWe are currently investigating delays affecting connector runs. Some runs may take longer than usual to start or resume. No data is at risk, and runs will continue to process — they may simply be slower to complete during this period. Our engineering team is actively working to restore normal processing times.
