We have started rolling out a fix for this issue. Many projects have been repaired and the rest will follow as the repair is fully rolled out.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently investigating an issue affect both Posit Cloud and shinyapps.io that causes an error when opening some projects/applications.

We have updated the version of Workbench for the Noble OS that contains the bug fix. The Collaborative Editing beta feature in Posit Cloud is working again. Any project already using the Noble OS will be automatically updated to this new version of Workbench the next time the project relaunches. You can also force a relaunch by changing any of the compute settings for the project.
We have identified that this issue affects specific versions of Workbench and our team is actively working toward a resolution. In the meantime, if you'd like to continue using the Collaborative Editing beta feature in Posit Cloud, our support team can update your account to use a compatible version of Workbench. Please don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help.
