We are aware that this issue continues to impact users across the internet as well as our own users, we continue to monitor and escalate to our vendors.
We are continuing to monitor the ongoing Microsoft outage. We will update once we have additional information.
We have been made aware of an outage impact Microsoft E-Mail users across the internet. While this issue is outside of our control, this may impact E-mail's (Appointment reminders etc) sent to MSFT user's during this time. We are monitoring this situation and it's impact.

Our system monitoring detected unusual slowness within Denticon beginning at 6:30am PT Engineering Teams are engaged and investigating the issue.

We have restored service to Apteryx, we continue to monitor for some time.
We are working to restore service, restoration expected shortly.
We are investigating reports that some users are unable to download images within Apteryx. Our Engineering team are investigating and working on identifying a fix.
Report: "XV Web may be unavailable from some ISP's"

Users ability to access XVweb is returning to most users. We continue to monitor.
We are aware that some users may be facing issues in viewing Apteryx. This appears to be caused by a network issue impacting multiple internet websites and is outside our control. We continue to monitor.
We have received reports that users are unable to use XV Web when attempting to connect from some ISP's. We are investigating.

Last updateSystem monitoring and client confirmation indicate that the mitigation has been effective. We are marking the incident resolved at this time.
Engineering teams have applied an update to mitigate the issues, and are seeing signs of improvement for all clients. We will continue to monitor for any further issues.
Engineering teams have identified the issue and have applied changes to mitigate the issue. Affected users should log out and log back into Denticon to ensure they are no longer affected.
Monitoring has alerted our teams to some portions of Denticon performing slower than expected. Engineering teams are engaged to investigate the issue.
