DigiCert has identified the issue and implemented a fix. We see signatures on our end working again. We are monitoring the situation.

There seems to be an issue at DigiCert causing the eSeal to not work correctly. DigiCert has published it's own incident which can be followed here: https://status.digicert.com/incidents/mwtlmhnjq6m4

All signatures using the PKisigning eSeal certificate are currently not working. We are investigating the issue.
