   The issue affecting outbound document deliveries to the French Portail Public de Facturation (PPF_PROD) has been resolved. Following confirmation that the receiving gateway service was restored, we resumed document sending at 2026-11-02 09:50:00 CET. All outbound documents that were securely held in queue during the disruption have been automatically released for processing. No document data was impacted at any point during the incident. We will continue to monitor processing closely to ensure stable delivery.

   The issue has now been resolved, and services are available and working as normal. The external service provider has confirmed that instance stability and performance have returned to expected levels and the incident has been declared resolved. The external service provider is conducting a thorough investigation to identify the technical trigger and underlying cause, as well as preventive actions to help avoid a recurrence. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
