   ทางเราตรวจสอบพบปัญหาการใช้งานขัดข้องของระบบการชำระเงินด้วยบัตร Mastercard เป็นบางรายการ (Intermittent failures) ตั้งแต่เวลา 09:48 น. (GMT+7) ของวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม ซึ่งส่งผลให้ธุรกรรมบางรายการที่ดำเนินการผ่านระบบดังกล่าวไม่สำเร็จในช่วงเวลาที่เกิดปัญหา ทีมงานได้ทำการตรวจสอบและประสานงานกับทาง Mastercard เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ขณะนี้ระบบการชำระเงินด้วยบัตร Mastercard สามารถกลับมาใช้งานได้ตามปกติ ตั้งแต่ 09:18 น.(GMT+7) ของวันที่ 2 พฤศจิกายน เป็นต้นมา ทางเราต้องขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูงในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้น หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์นี้ กรุณาติดต่อ support@omise.co Omise Payment ---------------------------------- We observed intermittent failures with Mastercard card transaction starting at 09:48 (GMT+7) of 31 October.    Dear Customer, We are writing to confirm that the service disruption affecting Omise Payment has been fully resolved. The issue, which impacted to Omise Payment, began on October 6, 2026, 21:42 (GMT+7). Our engineering team has addressed the root cause, and the service was restored to full functionality. All systems are now operating normally since October 6, 2026, 21:55 (GMT+7). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused to your business operations.
