APIv2 downtime in Singapore and Australia regions

Between October 22 and October 23, we experienced an incident that caused our APIv2 service to be temporarily unavailable for customers hosted in our Singapore and Australia regions. This interruption was strictly limited to APIv2; the core platform and user interface remained fully operational throughout the event. All APIv2 services have now been fully restored. Impact Details: Singapore Region: Customers utilizing APIv2 in this region experienced a service interruption for approximately 16 hours and 40 minutes (October 22, 11:44 UTC – October 23, 04:25 UTC). Australia Region: Customers utilizing APIv2 in this region experienced a service interruption for approximately 2 hours on October 22 (11:48 UTC – 13:53 UTC). We apologize for any disruption this may have caused to your API integrations and appreciate your patience while our engineering team worked to resolve the issue.
