We have identified an issue affecting M365 Outlook and Co-Author Login to be a global incident with a third-party provider. We are working with the third party on a resolution. As a workaround, please use ndOffice for saving and editing documents, which is not affected by this issue. We will provide updates to this post as more information becomes available.
