BEC Service Windows and API availability

Message from BEC: BEC has services windows from 03:00-05:00 Mon-Fri and 04:00-06:00 Sat-Sun. Also, we may inform subscribed TPPs via email and all others via developer portal about upcoming extended service windows. During this time, some of our systems are restarted/updated and it causes 503 responses. We can't tell you the exact time period when it's better not to call the API to avoid these error responses, but maybe you can avoid calling the API from 03:00 to at least 03:20 Mon-Fri and 04:00-04:20 Sat-Sun
