Multiple BZSt services were unavailable on Monday, September 7, 2026, between 7:08 a.m. and 7:20 a.m. CEST and returned HTTP status code 503. Functionality was restored at 07:20 a.m. CEST. The BZSt did not publish any information regarding this incident or respond to our incident report.

The BZSt informed in the [Pillar 2 Newsletter 07/2026](https://www.bzst.de/SharedDocs/Newsletter/pillar2/20260831_Newsletter_07_2026.html?nn=177748) on August 31, 2026, that corrections containing changes only to sections other than GeneralSection currently return incorrectly a rejecting protocol with FileError 60022. It is unknown when this processing error at BZSt will be fixed.
