Degraded availability of device configuration service

On October 20, 2026, between 21:56 and 22:25 CEST, a dependency failure made our device configuration service unavailable. During this time, some hearing test sessions in partner apps couldn't load device and test configuration. The issue was resolved and the service has been running normally since 22:25. We have made changes so the service stays available if this dependency fails again.
