Service Notice: A Known USPS Industry Issue May Affect Some Tracking Updates

    There's a known, industry-wide trend affecting USPS shipments across all platforms — not specific to us or your account. Some counterfeit shipping labels are being created elsewhere in the USPS system, which can occasionally cause a tracking update to show an unfamiliar delivery address, even though your package will still arrive as expected. What to do: If you notice a tracking update showing an incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer Support. If you believe you were charged a shipping adjustment fee in error, please contact us as well. Thank you for your patience.
