    Update — 22 October 2026: Mana for iOS version 2.13.1 is now available in the App Store. Please update Mana to receive the mitigation for this issue. iOS status has been restored to Operational. Original closure — 21 October 2026: Mana for iOS version 2.13.1 (3553), containing the mitigation for this issue, was submitted to Apple and was waiting for review. The incident was closed following submission; Apple approval and App Store availability were pending at that time.

Unable to send messages to Sue on older app versions

    This incident has been resolved. The fix has been deployed and verified in production for Sue messaging and Write with Sue. If you still see an error, please close and reopen Mana, then try again. No app update is required.
