   Between 14:40 and 14:51 (Paris time), users may have experienced errors or been unable to access the shared Make IT Safe platform. The issue has been identified as a failure of a database component in our production environment. The component has been restarted and services are recovering. We are monitoring the situation closely to ensure full stability. The incident is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
