A fix has been implemented by Mux, and we are currently monitoring the results. Video playback performance is being observed to confirm that the issue has been fully resolved.
We are currently experiencing degraded video playback due to a partial outage affecting Mux. Mux has reported that "Some customers may experience playback errors or timeouts." As a result, video playback may fail or be intermittent for some users. Mux has identified the root cause of the playback issue and is currently implementing a fix. We are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as service is restored.
