Incident – Level 3: Critical Impact – Database service disruption for one of our SQL clusters

Between 08:40 and 10:40 AM today, one of our SQL clusters experienced intermittent connectivity issues. Impact: Customers hosted on this cluster may have experienced occasional database timeouts and temporary service disruptions during this period. The issue was resolved at 10:40 AM, and all systems are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor the environment to ensure continued stability. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
