Storage migration and retention cleanup

    We are migrating file storage and the application server to new infrastructure, and applying a new 30-day retention policy to user-uploaded content. **What happens** - From 03:00 UTC, uploaded files and images generated in chat that are more than 30 days old are permanently deleted. Profile pictures and agent skill files are not affected. - From approximately 05:00 UTC, chat.librechat.ai will be unavailable for around 75 minutes while storage and the server are migrated. - Normal service is expected to resume by 06:15 UTC. **Action required** If you want to keep files you uploaded more than 30 days ago, please download them before 03:00 UTC on 7 September. File storage moves to the European Union region. A rolling 30-day retention policy applies from this date onward.
