Between 15:08 and 16:07 CEST on 12 October 2026, Kustom Checkout experienced degraded performance. During this period, some checkout sessions failed to load for a subset of merchants. The issue has been fully resolved, and checkout has been operating normally since 16:07 CEST. We are continuing to monitor the service closely.

Norwegian BankID has recovered and success rates are back to normal levels. This incident is now resolved.

BankID has confirmed the outage is resolved. Payments in Sweden, including Swish, Klarna and BankID verification, have been working normally since around 19:08 CEST. This incident is now closed.
