Kraken Status

We're investigating an issue with the Zcash (ZEC) funding gateway. Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed at this time. All other funding methods are operating normally. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.

We have temporarily paused deposits and withdrawals for USDR and EURR due to an issue affecting the underlying smart contract. At this time, there is no indication that Kraken's wallets or systems have been directly compromised. All other funding methods and services continue to operate normally. Our team is actively investigating and working with urgency to resolve the matter. We’ll continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

This incident has been resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting some USD transactions via Instant Buy/Sell on Kraken.com and the Kraken mobile app. Some clients may experience failed transactions when using Instant Buy/Sell for USD purchases or sales. The impact may vary by transaction size and market conditions. Kraken Pro trading is not affected. We are working to resolve the issue and will provide updates as soon as more information is available.

We are aware of some users reporting issues with Instant Buy, and Recurring and Custom orders. Our engineers are aware of the issue are are preparing a fix.

We are aware of an issue affecting the ability to add Krak Card to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. We have identified that this is caused by a disruption with an upstream service provider and are actively monitoring for resolution. Card transactions and 3D Secure (3DS) authentication are not affected and continue to operate normally. We will provide a further update once we have more information.

We are currently investigating reports of degraded performance affecting email delivery. Some Clients may experience delays receiving emails related to account activation, withdrawals, security actions, and other automated notifications.

Deposits and withdrawals via THORChain (RUNE) gateway may be delayed at this time. All other funding methods are operating normally. The issue appears to be an external problem not related to Kraken architecture.

We are aware of an issue with PayAmigo, that is affecting Argentine Peso (ARS) funding. As a result, users may be unable to deposit or withdraw ARS across all Kraken products. All other funding methods are operating normally. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We are aware of an ongoing scheme-wide incident impacting the processing of SEPA Instant Payments. Outgoing EUR SEPA payments may be affected and remain in a pending processing status until the incident is resolved. We are actively monitoring the situation with our provider and will share further updates as more information becomes available.

We are investigating an issue where clients are unable to view orders placed between Wednesday, May 13 and Sunday, May 17. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.

We're investigating an issue with the Polygon funding gateway. Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed at this time. All other funding methods are operating normally. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.

We are currently experiencing delays with certain funding methods due to scheduled maintenance by our banking partner, Customers Bank. Impacted transaction types: * Customers Bank wire transfers * Customers Bank instant transfers * NinjaTrader US futures transfers Clients may experience delays in processing the above transfer types during this period. We will provide an update as soon as Customers Bank completes their maintenance and services are restored.

We've identified an issue with the LOBO THE WOLF PUP (LOBO) funding gateway. Withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. Deposits and other funding methods are operating normally. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.

We’re currently experiencing an issue affecting Plaid US funding methods due to an issue with our vendor, which may cause delays for US Dollar (USD) deposits and withdrawals made via Plaid. In the meantime, please consider using one of our other available funding options. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share updates as soon as this issue is resolved.

We are aware of an issue affecting USDG trading pairs. Trades involving USDG (other than USD/USDG swaps) are currently unavailable. Some users may also experience issues with USD/USDG swaps depending on the platform used. Our team is working to restore full functionality and we will provide an update shortly.
